To access forecasts, network information, AQI basics and more, click the three-line icon in the upper left corner of the page.

To view current air quality for a specific pollutant, select the funnel, icon in the upper right of the page. This opens a dropdown menu with the following options:

Air Quality Index: View the current AQI for a specific pollutant by selecting the “Air Quality Index” in the dropdown, then choosing the pollutant of interest. By default, the map displays the AQI for all pollutants.

Pollutant: Access real-time, continuous hourly concentration values for a specific pollutant by selecting “Pollutant” from the dropdown menu, followed by the pollutant of interest.

Meteorology: View meteorological data from the monitoring stations, including temperature, wind speed, wind direction, humidity and more by selecting "Meteorology."

Sites: Display all monitoring sites on map by choosing “Sites.” Click on any site to view its latest air quality data.

Orange or Above AQI: To better highlight air quality conditions that may pose health risks, a new “Orange or Above” AQI filter has been introduced. This feature makes it easier for users to quickly identify when air quality reaches levels that could impact health.

During periods of poor air quality across Wisconsin, users can select this filter to show only the areas categorized in the orange (unhealthy for sensitive groups) level or above.
